I am your Work with Ease Coach. I was once engulfed in the hustle and bustle of life just like you. Job, family, business, friends, caregiver, and I had to be the best at all of it. During a grieving period, I realized that I could no longer sustain it all nor did I want to. 

As I reassembled my life I focused on what brought me purpose and joy! My journey was full of self-discovery and some hard truths. My conclusion was that grind culture is a scam and we can live fulfilled and balanced lives once we decide to confront the myths we have come to believe about our lives and ourselves. 

Now my mission is to help women see their brilliance and break free from the mindset restrictions limiting them from living in joy, fulfillment, and purpose!
